During the challenging time of the pandemic, Fondazione LAPS also wanted to show its support by donating PPEs and approximately 600 tons of food in Italy, Portugal and Israel. In addition, in Naples, a city that holds a special place in Lapo’s heart, Fondazione LAPS donated thousands of ‘smiling pizzas’ to the most fragile families. Fondazione LAPS’s commitment is now being pursued in other countries with the aim of supporting the populations most affected by the pandemic’s economic impact. At the same time, LAPS has begun the process of building the first LAPS House, a child support centre in Madeira, Portugal.
